Service Description
Working from the ground up! Handstands, cartwheels and bridges, oh my! In this "grounded" class we will learn body awareness through foundational shapes and body control. The focus: igniting those ever-so-important aerial muscles on the ground while learning fun, new skills. This session runs for 7 weeks. Start Time: 1pm End Time: 2pm NO CLASSES May 11th and 18th, 2024 Participants must be 6 years or older to register. No refunds will be issued upon purchase. No make up classes can be offered with session registration.
